Hiking and Cherry Blossom Festival

 After the series of large rainstorms here, we all went hiking, looking for waterfalls. These pictures are from Briones Regional Park in Orinda. We located only a few small streams; no large waterfalls. It was a nice, warm day, anyhow and the girls were rewarded for their hiking efforts with frozen yogurt afterward.

 We also spent an afternoon at the Cherry Blossom Festival in San Francisco's Japan Town. It was pretty busy, but the girls were able to eat some treats and visit a huge Hello Kitty activity area. We returned home with fresh fish, carp flags, and rice ball molds. Woo hoo!
